Frank Rust Tech WD 1902 is a non drying strong and powerful Rust Preventive Oil which is capable of giving high degree of protection against corrosion on iron & steel and other metals & alloys .
This gives a soft, tacky, oily film with excellent mechanical strength which can withstand further handling. Can be used for products of high degree of finish in manufacturing of machine tools, fasteners etc. Providing excellent resistance to salt spray and hence can be used on components to be freighted by sea.
Frank Rust Tech WD 1902 can be applied on the surfaces by brushing or sponging or immersion or spraying.
If any testing required to be done on the component, the same shall be done after 24 hours of the application of the oil.

(1) Remove the Water Periodically to get Optimum Result.
(2) Check the oil level periodically so that Bath Level is Maintained.
(3) Add Fresh Oil to Maintain the Level for Proper Immersion of Components.
Bath should be cleaned Periodically depending on the Load and Contamination.
