INTRODUCTION :
Frank Rust Tech 116B is a soft film, water displacing type corrosion preventive. This grade can be applied directly on water wet metal surfaces where it displaces water and offers a firm, soft, tacky film which can withstand subsequent handling. The most popular method of application for this grade is by dipping. The protective film can be removed by wiping with rags soaked in solvents or by alkaline degreasants.
APPLICATION :
The firm oily film offered by Rustilo 116B is very effective for protection on steel tubes, bars, wires and strips and is patronized by leading tube manufacturers. It is also used as a protectitve for bare sheetings, wheel rings, auto parts, machined components, etc.
