FRANK QUENCH FQ 132

INTRODUCTION :
FRANK FQ 132 is a low viscosity accelerated quenching oil of exceptionally high quality. This oil is blended from selected low sulphur base stocks having excellent oxidation and thermal stability, high fluidity and low volatility. The accelerated quenching characteristics of the product are imparted by a special additive package used in the formulation.

APPLICATION :

FRANK FQ 132 is recommended for accelerated quenching of a variety of steel components in major industries.  This product is most suitable for quenching of high speed steel tools, bolts, nuts and ball bearings.

FRANK FQ 132 can be used for quenching of steel components after carbonitriding.  This product is also suitable for quenching of components.  This product is also suitable for quenching of components taken directly from cyanide salt baths.
